Twelve years ago we bought two rental properties in Papamoa with the assistance of Shane Laidlaw who made this process extremely simple. Last month, twelve years later and situations changing we decided to sell these rentals and free up some capital - of course the first call was to the Laidlaw team of Shane and Debbie. They inspected each house before we went to the market and gave us very good advice on market presentation. Before we could even open the first can of paint they presented us with an offer that was good enough that we decided to sell there and then without doing a single bit of maintenance.
